Anzali is the first port in north of Iran in south of Khazar.This port is the connection port of Iran and some other countries like Russia.
Also this port is a trooper port.The depth of Khazar is high near this port and many ship stay there.
When I was in Anzali,Me and my family get on a tourist's boat and I got these shots.

Olive(My tripe-Part3)
|
|
Manjil city is in south parts of Guilan (in north of Iran).Manjil is famous for it's dike,it's winds and it's olive.
This city is the biggest producer of olive in our country.
Olive is useful herb.It's good for blood temreture and blood vessels,also it's good for fat peoples.
My father works in an organization that one of their aims is producing olive.They give out olive and it's oil in our country and export it.
Some years ago he bought long pipes for his organization to transmit water from dike to olive farms in Manjil.
Olive is holey herb in Islam.In our holy book("Quaran"),God oaths to this herb.
And now about shots:#5 is an olive herb in a farm and other shots are Manjil dike landscapes.This dike has excellent landscapes.Unfortunately I didn't have trivet to get a panorama.

Wind turbines(My tripe-Part 2)

|
The first resource to produce electric power in Iran is dyke.Wind power is one of many ways to produce electric power.But it doesn't use more in this country.
My aunt's(My father's sister) son is expert(we say that upper than licence in Persian) of designing-mechanic engineer.He works in power research and manages some projects about this issue with some electric engineers.
Some month ago I discussed him about this turbines in software designing topic.He says that making these turbines is difficult for designers because of it's high.
USA,Denmark and Netherlands are three countries that they are first countries in this technology.Our country is a normal country in this.
These shots are from Manjil city in Guilan area in north of Iran.This city has many wind turbines that they located near dyke of this city.
I shoot #1 when we were going to tripe and others are when we were going back to home.

First thanks a lot for your good comments in previous post.
And now Some posts about my tripe to north areas of Iran.
And about this areas first:Because of high mountains this areas are so beautiful with good nature.
In past days weather was rainy in many parts in our country and those areas hae rainy weather in many times of year,But in these days weather was so good and sky was blue!
I have many beautiful shots about this tripe first I post this shot.
And about this shot:Thos areas are in south part of Khazar lake(biggest lake of the world) because of this in Iran we call it Khazar sea(Or Mazandaran sea) this lake has many oil and fish resources for us.This shot is a bloat in this lake.In primary hours of day!I think that it`s good for wallpaper!

About new Persian year
|

"Haft Sin"
|

I think that It's useful that I write about our customs for new Persian year.
This celebration is one of the oldest customs all over the world.
About 2500 years ago "Hakhamaneshian" were living in our country they started this custom.
This celebration starts in first date of Farvardin month(in Jalali calendar) and first date of spring season.
For 13 days we go to holiday and go to our families homes.It`s a custom that older people give money to youngs for present.
Some times young peoples give present to other youngs,too.
In 13th day of new year all people go to nature and we call this day:"Nature day"
In new year celebrate childs wear new clothes and we sit near a substrate that we call it "Haft Sin" I can translate it 7"S".Also we read our holy books in this time.
But about that name:In persian we call "S" "Sin" and in this substrate we put 7(or more) things that they names starts with this letter but no anything!We put specified things here!
In "Haft Sin" substrate we put other things that they names starts with other letters for example:Glass,Live red fishes and ...
I went to buy a small version of this substrate yesterday because we want a portable!!!version of it in out tripe!But my mother presents one for my shot! and I shot this for you.
This new Persian year will start from tommorow(10:18:37 in Tehran local time) I hope a good year with safe for all Persian peoples all over the world and I hope a good year for Non-Persian peoples.
I'm going to a tripe today with my family in my holidays and I don't send any shot here for a while.

Saturday (10:18:37 in Tehran local time) new persian year will start!
In Iran all people try to have good holidays and many families go to tripes all over Iran.
It's our custom to give some presents to others(Old people give money to youngs)
I`m 4 years older thatn my sister but she gives me this sign because she thinks that I love this man(But I don`t love any alive man in this world except my father) but I love this sign very much because I love my sister!(I have only one sister or brother)
I get an excellent presents for new year 3 years ago that was a book.It`s a holy book in Shea muslims that we call it Nahjolbalagha(From Imam Ali who was one of our famous holy mans)
The sign is the photo of Faramarz Aslani who is one of our famous signers that play Guitar in Pop-Flamingo(like me) with a beautiful sign of It:"Dastam Begir.Dastam ra to begir,Eltemase dastam ra bepazir,Darmani bash pish az onke bemiram... Am:G:F:E7" This poem fires me!

In the past it wasn`t any try to develop building in Iran.But in last 10 years they are try to develop it.
In the past they are low buildings with softy structure(In many places without foundation and any metal) but nowadays we say many high towers that they are under construction every where.
But unfortunalty thay don`t have any attention to strength of them.Because of this point in many earthquakes we saw that these buildings was destroyed.For example in Bam earthquake(That was happend 2 month ago and about 30'000 peoples were killed) many of old and new buildings was destroyed after that we saw in TV many experts that say "It wasn`t good engineering and plans for these buildings"
All of us are sad for this.
On the other hand Tehran is a busy city and we have best traffics all over the world here! To solve this problem engineerings are building many highways in this city and other big cities like Isfahan,Mashhad,Tabriz,...
These 2 shots are from an under construction tower and new highway(It`s name is "Imam Ali")in Tehran.

4 seasons at a time!

Weather in Iran is so strange!We have 4 seasons in our country in a time.Now in Tehran weather is rainy and in Tabriz is so Cold and in south areas is Warm!
This 2 photos are in an area.The distance beetween this places is short!  One of them is dry  and other is wet!  When I was shoting the wet photo in opposite position of me It`s a dry desert that name is "Dashte kavir"(in central parts of Iran)Both places are in Semnan-Tehran Road.
I shoted these with a PCCAM in spring of last year.

I play Guitar because I'm alone man and I want to say some words that we can't say with other ways(In this issue it`s like shoting)I play Guitar in POP-Flamingo and Rock methods.

About 1 month ago,I went to Lavizan park in Tehran and took this photo.I want to show 3 elements of Nature with human life:The mountain,the tree and the sky with Tehran city in the middle.(Dirty caiptal of Iran)I edit this photo with Photoshop CS and type a great poem of RUMI on it and sent it to home page of my personal website.New persian year is coming all people are trying to have better holidays but No one think to others!
